Returns & Refund Policy – Daily Crema
OVERVIEW
We offer a 30-day return policy and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or contact us if you are not happy with your coffee.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:
Unopened
Unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received
You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
2. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to enjoy your Daily Crema coffee.
If you are not happy with the quality, flavour, or overall experience of the coffee you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
As part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you can request store credit even if the coffee has been opened and reasonably tried.
If your request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us before store credit can be issued. Return postage must be covered by the customer.
Once we receive and review the returned product, we will issue store credit for the value of the original product. You can then use this credit to purchase another Daily Crema product of your choice.
Please note:
The satisfaction guarantee applies to coffee products that have been opened and reasonably tried
The guarantee does not apply to products that have been fully consumed or misused
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
Returns must be approved before being sent back
Customers are responsible for return postage costs
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
If the replacement product costs more than the original item, the customer will need to pay the difference
If the replacement product costs less, the remaining balance will stay as store credit
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
Returns must be approved before being sent
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept standard returns for:
Opened coffee products, unless approved under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Any item that has been fully used or misused
Sale items
Gift cards
This is for hygiene and quality reasons.

6. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges through store credit as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not happy with the quality or flavour of your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If approved, you will need to return the product to us first. Return postage must be covered by the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, we will issue store credit for the value of the original product. You can then use this credit to purchase another Daily Crema product of your choice.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note:
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Satisfaction guarantee claims are issued as store credit, not a cash refund
