We aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery service for all our customers across the UK.


Delivery Services
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services:

  • Tracked 24 (1–2 working days)

  • Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail.


Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day.
Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.


Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service.

  • Free delivery on all orders over £50.

  • Please note that free delivery offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Where a promotional offer (such as a percentage discount) is applied, delivery charges may still apply. Any applicable delivery cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
